Step 5: Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Firemanship is committed to providing exceptional training opportunities. No shows and late cancellations have a negative impact on another person's ability to receive training. For this reason, the following policy will be strictly enacted.

A 30-day notice for a HOT/Workshop class cancellation and/or a 2-week notice for a Lecture Series cancellation is required for a refund request. If you cancel outside of the notice dates, the card you provide upon registration will be charged with the full suggested value of the course(s). If the original payment/donation value did not meet the full suggested price during the initial registration, only the remaining amount will be charged. Cancellation notifications will need to come through email contact to [email protected].

A Lecture Series/HOT Classes/Workshop spot can be transferred to another person within 3-days notice from the start of the conference (July 15, 2024). Transfers will only change the attendee's name; refunds will NOT be handled by Firemanship. Transfer notifications will need to come through email contact to [email protected].
